"Our focus is on Deposit Recovery Inspections (DRI), designed specifically for tenants and owners leasing houses and apartments."
Rental and leasing deposits are reaching unprecedented levels. Let us help secure your full deposit recovery when your rental agreement comes to an end!
Our Deposit Recovery Inspection (DRI) process is designed to help you secure your rental or leasing deposit with ease. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Before You Move In
Schedule a Deposit Recovery Inspection (DRI) appointment prior to your move-in date for your house or apartment unit.
Our inspectors will conduct a thorough assessment and provide you with a detailed report (including photos) of all deficiencies in the property.
At your request, a copy of the report can be sent directly to your landlord or leasing agency.
Step 2: Before You Move Out
When you're planning to move, schedule a Warranty Deposit Recovery Inspection (DRI) at least 21 days before your move-out date.
Our inspectors will revisit with your original report and perform a comparison inspection, identifying changes or new issues based on the initial findings.
At your request, this updated report can also be sent to your landlord or leasing agency.
Step 3: Repair Guidance
The final report will outline necessary repairs that should be addressed, along with price estimations for those repairs.
If needed, we can provide a Do-It-Yourself guide to help you tackle minor repairs effectively.
Why Choose Amazing Homes Houston?
By following our inspectors' recommendations, we ensure your landlord is legally obligated to return your full rental or leasing deposit—provided all required repairs are addressed. Note: We are not responsible for issues unrelated to minor repairs or structural concerns that could lead to deposit withholding.
"College students often face unplanned expenses when navigating off-campus housing, especially with the high deposits required for rentals. Sadly, many of these deposits are lost due to routine maintenance issues—problems that could easily be avoided or resolved with simple DIY solutions.
We’re here to make a difference. Our mission is to help you reclaim your deposit and put your hard-earned money back where it belongs: in your wallet."
"Many young adults understand the basics of how deposits work, but identifying specific issues that could impact their refund often requires expert insight. That’s where our experienced inspection team comes in. We specialize in safeguarding your investment by pinpointing problem areas and offering a customized checklist. With clear guidance and actionable steps, we’ll help ensure your deposit is fully recovered."
"For single parents managing busy lives, every solution that eases the workload and puts money back into the household is a victory. We recognize that in the hustle of everyday responsibilities, it’s easy to overlook the small details landlords or leasing agents might use to withhold deposits.
That’s why our Deposit Recovery Inspection is tailored to your needs—making the process stress-free, saving you time, and ensuring your hard-earned money goes back where it belongs: supporting your family."
